Custom Profile Design

At the heart this service is our drafting department. We can in scan just about any drawing then covert it into a CAD (vector) drawing. In general, our clients usually fax us a traced sample, drawing or catalog page. They may also mail us a sample piece of moulding. We can usually work with CAD files emailed to us and convert them to a format (DXF) our CNC router needs to make the template. However you choose, please don't forget the overall width and height dimensions.

CNC Template Router

Once your drawing is perfected, we sent it to our CNC template router. Our highly accurate CNC router will then cut your finished design from plastic. At this point we'll sent it to our Tool Room were knife sets for your order are ground.
