GLC Millworks maintains its own in-house knife grinding and sharpening faciltity. Our expert grinders can quickly produce knives for new profiles and keep perfectly sharp all of our cataloged knives.

Knife Grinding

All knive are made on our precision Weinig^® profile grinders. The knives are then measured, weighed, and balanced on the cutting heads resulting in a consistent product with a high quality finish.
